Yulin - yours shipped a while ago. I will chase down yours as well.Hi Ted! This is Yulin Chang. I have waited for my Lunocet fin for 6 years with more than 50 times of contact with you. I don't know why I couldn't receive my fin this long, while others receive their fins much earlier. I suppose there is no excuse for 6 years of delay. Can you arrange the priority of sending Lunocet to me this month or refund me if you still can't deliver?

what i know are some more here in germany, maybe also close to me in the south, but dont know for shure...Cool idea Marco. It would be neat to actually swim with some one some where of similar interests. I'm in Western Nebraska. I think Doc is nearest to me a two day drive away in Arkansas....
The ones who have received tracking have shipped regardless of what USPS tracking shows. I have explained their not scanning issue. I wish there were a cheaper service or even close to what USPS charges for shipping such a heavy package. Icthys, I have sent you several private messages trying to help get you sorted - please respond. There have been only two packages in the last year that were lost by USPS -several have arrived without the tracking ever becoming active. I know it has taken a long time to get through the backlog but I am gaining momentum. Sorry for the long wait.
#11 "International priority" does not track beyond the US border AFAIK - it uses USPS tracking only, which ends at the border. You need Express Mail International, which is the USPS name for the global EMS mail network that tracks globally. I personally will not use anything but EMS when shipping international packages, especially for eBay/paypal with their onerous seller requirements. I'd insist on EMS for anything valuable I bought overseas too.
"The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on March 02, 2012 to expect your package for mailing..." means that USPS never received the package in the first place though. USPS procedure requires the package be scanned when it's accepted by the post office and this happens 99.9% of the time. Even if it's missed at acceptance, it'll get scanned *somewhere* along the line. Almost beyond doubt if that's the tracking status, the package never got to USPS.
#13 Your package might be stuck at your custom office. I have no clue how long that takes in France, but I had that problem several times. Shipments that don't go through customs usually take 2-3 working days to ship to Germany. Shipments that do take 2-3 weeks. I had to wait as long as 4 weeks for some shipments to arrive.
#14 If the seller did use USPS tracking, then it would have been scanned somewhere in the USA side prior to leaving for International shipment. If the post office has no record of the package, then it must not have been sent - which is what the OP can point to in a chargeback request.
Packages are usually held up at Customs too, but there should have been a record of receipt at the USPS departure terminal.
#18 I've sent hundreds of packages with USPS. A lazy employee might not scan it at arrival even though they're supposed to, but I've hardly ever seen even that happen - maybe 2 or 3 times. The chances of it not getting scanned somewhere along the way - especially at the border - are nil. I've never seen a domestic package not get scanned somewhere.
"Electronically notified blah blah blah" just means someone created a mailing label. USPS hasn't received a thing at that point.
#20 And let me reiterate why you should prefer Express International (EMS):
- The sender must present the package on the date of the label or the label is void. No sitting in "has been electronically notified..." status.
- The sender must physically present the package to a mail clerk to be scanned into the EMS system - no throwing it in a mailbox, no chance of it not being scanned.
- $100 of insurance automatically, additional insurance only around $1 per $100.
- EMS takes package tracking very seriously, unlike standard airmail (Priority International is airmail).
- Guaranteed to arrive in 3-5 days.

I have dropped the ball here and I would like to make it up to those folks who have patiently waited so long.So 10 months and 20 days and many trackingnumber shipped Lunos and all lost I finally gave up on the dream. And especially since many others got theirs much longer before mine and that to me is discrimination if anything. For Tornio swimming I will have to use other monofin that is actually possible to buy and get for real as i can not swim on a promise. I appreciated the invitation alot Chipswim is amazing idea!
