AERIS F.10 User Feedback

Thread Status: Hello , There was no answer in this thread for more than 60 days.
It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.
Could someone show a photo of the back of the watch in horizontal? I think the plastic case of mine bends at the end and in bright lighting i can even discern the o-ring inside.. is this normal?

I just returned from a couple of hours diving and checked the back of my F.10.
If you are referring to the battery cover on the back of the watch - mine has a very small gap when viewed from the side. I have 2062 dives on this watch.

As long as you are within the warranty period I would suggest you just dive with the watch - if it leaks you'll get a new one. Of course there is not harm to call Aeris support and ask them about this.

Exactly! The battery cover, not at the arrow guide handle but further back ... like this the o-ring looks uncovered to dust and particles. i hope its the battery cover bent not the watch it self...:|

I do not think there is a problem - mine is fine and has been for thousands of dives.
I recommend you call Aeris - or arrange to look at another unit.
Most of all I recommend actually diving with the watch.

Fonduset, i received my f10 v2 yesterday and have been trying to get into the log mode,. i watched the tutorials until i cant anymore and i have done exactly what they say,yet i cannot get it to open the log,i haven't had it in the water but i would think it would still show a log mode, do you have any suggestions or advice? Thanks

If there is no log, it is quite likely it will not show any. Try it after the first dive.

Alright, I returned from my vaccation to greece were I have been diving for about a Month every day. I guess, I did some hundred dives and the F.10 worked perfectly and I never had any problem with it :)

Hi all my f10 started to reset to 1.1 00:00 quite often everytime i am in the water this is really annoying anybody as an idea of a fix?
update....
it seems that the power goes for a few seconds the screen goes blank and after a few seconds it comes back if the power cut is too long it resets

is it a F10 Version 2 or 1? How is the battery? If it is more than 6 months old its worth changing to see if that is the issue.
