Checked the vis from Bournemouth Pier this morning. From the surface it looked about .5 to .75m - the water has cleared a little over the last few days. It maybe better nearer the bottom.

Hopefully the vis will improve for the weekend.

Me and my buddy, Peter, went to Old Harry's Rocks from Swanage using small inflatable boat. Vis was very poor - 0.5 up to 2m! Peter got one decent Mullet but he's lost his gun. I saw only some small Pollocks and Wrasse. Water nice warm - 15 degrees. Let's hope next weekend would be better.

VIZ REPORT. Weymouth/Portland area.

As you can guess with the wind today and a little breeze yesterday the water has turned brown again was hoping to get out this evening for a little dip but looks like it's too brown

I checked all the local spots round Weymouth and they are all blown out even the sheltered spots. :(.

I work over there on a daily basis but at the moment I'm working in chard but got back early today and drove around looking at possible dive spots for this evening. But it's horrible everywhere.
