Just nipped out for lunchtime check on conditions - it looks gorgeous! Now I have to endure an afternoon stuck behind a desk - aaaaarrrrrghhhhhh

Let hope it stays good for Sunday, that’s as long as you buggers leave a few fish for us interlopers.rofl
John how do you find such perfect photo opportunities??:):)

Sod the photo perfect diving opportunities! Although very nice photo all the same, and think I know the location now too, lets hope somewhere looks similar tomorrow when I have the chance of a dip.
Joe

Thought so... mmmmm sewage..yum.. dont suppose you know what the sea conditions are like down that way a little further out.. say 1 mile.. have a possible trip planned for Sunday depending on swell. Definately have to get in tomorrow...

having been away last week my feet have not touched the floor this week.... no time to dive gggrrrr.....my band is playing in B'mth on Saturday so that pretty much takes out all day Saturday, unless I go early, which I might ... leaves me Sunday PM, hope this lack of wind holds out till then!!!

Bailed on a Tuesday evening dive with FearTheSpear, but did eventually manage to bring home a little something that weighed 7lb 5 1/2oz. She won't make fish of the month (fortunately), but I'm still dead proud of her! :inlove Mum is well after a 26 hour labour!

Now will someone please tell my wife how important fresh fish is for the growth of a new born baby? Maybe get back in the water soon! And maybe we might get the pint in the Cove to wet the baby's head? :friday

Congrats.. think babys count for FOM.. mind you dont think the mothers are keen on entering them as their 'best catch' lol. Hope she has some nice bath toys.. start the training early!

Congratulations to both of you! All the best in life for your daughter; hopefully Dad will take her spearing!

Thanks guys! Agree on the fish / baby comparisons not going down to well with the ladies, Joe. All through the pregnancy, as we were working out how much the baby weighed at that stage, I was telling my wife what that would look like on a bass. She was none to pleased! :blackeye

We've decided to call her 'Ella'. :inlove I've already started constructing her a bass mobile...my wife had a difficult labour and was feeling sick, and needed a bucket...grabbed her my fish cleaning bucket, complete with old mullet scales stuck to the sides. Needless to say it did the job perfectly!

I'm no longer on 'red alert' now so disappearing off for a fish won't be such an issue (says I! :blackeye), but I might be bringing a whole new meaning to the term sleep apnea!
