Same as he said! Well done Paul and Bryn. I like HFW's programs but was dissappointed by how short a time our heroes got. I thought Hugh got a lot of benefit from Emma's teaching in a very short time so well done Emma and Hugh too.

Thanks for all your lovely comments. We shot so much stuff and even though I knew things would be cut out, I did hope that there would be more as there were some really cool things that were filmed.

I'm quite impressed the Hugh did such a good breathhold & i thought the program was pretty good.
It would be nice to have Hugh post some of his impressions on here... (C'on hugh!)
Must admit that i'm dubious about the yellow stuff on the plate there - what was it like guys? (really!) and how did the scallops compare to how you cook them?

Cheers Jonny, and I’ve gota tell you mate that yellow stuff was really good, I could of done a plate full of it on its own. As for the Scallops they weren’t cooked any different from how me you or anybody else would cook them.
