It can take a long time to get an up-to-date response or contact with relevant users.
while not drawing atenton to the fact that you are doing co2 table at work

wanted to dive on the weekend went to do some stuff at my dads place and the sea looked awesome unfortunately had too much to do did anyone go

Ranger and I ended up having to work at the Dusi on Sat.

The sea still looks amazing though... thinking of going out on Sun off the club boat. Keen?

You hear about the spearo who died on Wednesday off the cutting?

Spearing Sunday off my boat off Durbs. Conditions on the top look great but vis close in wasn't good this morning, hoping it will improve. PM me if you're keen, like soon.

Corneil, I've reserved a spot for you and your mates, keeping it warn
Let me know what the coast is like, considering heading South on Mon - took the day off to dive with you okes. You best not be hanging and not pitch up!!

Mups, congrats on the fish... when you posting pics??

Tomorrow is the big test between the Springboks and British Lions in Durbs, if any of you guys don't have tickets and wanna come watch on the big screen at the club let me know. Bring wives and kids etc also. Will have braai and beer and that's pretty much all you can ask for that's good in life to go with rugby.

Unless of course one of you shoot a fish and bring it along...

one of my old mates from tech is coming down from Richards bay tomorrow and we are planing to go slay some bugs in the morning so we might come throw them on the braai later

That would be awesome! Bring him along!! Oh, and don't forget the bugs.
hee hee

You both forgot the bugs... an no, kids don't count!! hahaha!

Good to see you again and meet the Mrs and mini-me. Very cute all around.

ja the vis was so bad and that we didn't see much and we couldn't get to the cracks where I know they would have been as the swell was just too big. by the way if anyone finds a cresi fin on umglanga beach or there about it is mine I lost it just as we were getting to backline a wave took it right off my foot which meant coming in fetching the long blades from the car and doing the hole shore entry again.

on a side note the test of the new fiber blades was very encouraging even with that dodgy layup they still seemed to preform better than my Omer millennium green plastic blades so with a bit of tweaking and not doing my layups while half asleep in the dark garage I might be onto something good

I might just have to try them out and appeal to you to assist me with my own. Ranger has reckoned for a while that my fins are too hard for me and I'm not getting a good efficient stroke in. I just can't afford another set right now... It would also be fun to try my hand at making my own.

we will have to do that did some calcs and I figure that thematerials come to about R50 per blade max im using the leftovers from some old projects for the test ones at the moment so even cheeper gets you wondering how they can justify 2k for a set

Reactions: calliecal
Hmmm.... that is rather interesting! If that's all it's likely to cost then I am definitely keen to try it!!

I have another blade layed up and then there is another one I want to try to test the 3 extremes in my thought process then I will tweak the 3 ideas to get the right mix then we can load them into you foot pockets for a test got to love these changeable blades make things so much easier
