Hey Mart, have you got a camcorder project at the moment? There are some amazing mushrooms on the cliff paths at the moment - i know you like your 'srooms! they would make a good fly-through video...

It has been a terrible mushroom season so far but at last we are seeing them coming up :)
I am hoping for some dry weather next week so the conditions improve a little as at the moment i am collecting wet mushrooms not in perfect shape.
I have been videoing my boat trips mainly & we have been out quite a few times on Tun a fun in some rough stuff too!

Glad you've found the same Mart. Been a rubbish year so far, with one exception. I've had 5 cauliflower fungi from entirely different locations in the last month.

That said I did get a clonking cep yesterday, in amongst loads of slippery jacks, and parasols have been popping up everywhere in the last week.

If you want a good crop of mushrooms, try the North Plantation. Had loads of really nice ones there yesterday, I am guessing that they used mushroom compost when the refurbished it.

Not quite the same thing Andy!

A vid from a few days back .. now in HD LOL...

Hope some one can help me im trying to edit my gopro footage with windows live movie maker . i have 12 clips of a 10 min vid i wont to use how do i get them together it only has trim or edit any ideas please?

From memory you just import them into the program and then drag and drop the videos onto the timeline along the bottom in the order you want them.

HTH.

Ive inported them all ok there is no time line or any type of layout only two options trim or crop? ive 12 short parts i would like to use and bin the rest . maybe i should try a different program with more options i cant find the other thread some one was talking about it a few days ago.

Denian i think you can set a simple or more advanced setting. Go for the latter to get the timeline view.
I think...

ta will try now . ......cracked it now used split to segment beginning and end of all bits and deleat sections I didn't won't vid coming soon ra Ian

MAc/James please would you post your questions on the public forum here rather than pm'ing me - nothing personal meant, but as you're juniors i think its better if you keep on the public forum. Thanks.

Hey ricko, yes sure. I dont think its even worth trying till it calms down a bit tho, altho some of the w coast bays might be ok...

What sort of upload speeds do you guys get if you use www.speedtest.net? i've been getting horrendous speeds this last week or 2, about 0.65Meg. trying to get a video up...

That's pretty much what uploads always come out at. The just be patient, it'll get there.
