Theres a new larger version of the banks board - it looks good, like a beauchat guardian but solid. i am thinking to make a fibreglass version...

i managed to get in this morning, lovely calm water although a weird/unusual rip across the beach made it interesting. no fish again, but the water was very clear. nice to get some drops, but yesterdays spot with 9/10m drops was better even tho the vis was much worse. will try again tomorrow...

Shame about the sea state this morning, would have been nice to try out the follower cam. At the moment, the forecast for next weekend is better.

Scrub that, Windguru have changed their forecast, looks good for Saturday again.

Sounds good Andy, let me know... :)

In again today - a great way to spend my lunchbreak! the water is getting clearer every day:

It is indeed!! Mind you between the Exe & Teign that's been the colour of Lyme bay for the last 6 months.

Great pics Jonny, going to get some great footage with that in the summer.

Let us know when you see some fish and it's back in double figures and I might think about getting in once more!

looks a bit like this by trygons.

thats a seriously lightweight boat - hadnt seen it before, thanks. my project will be 6mm alu plate bottom and very solid, Seafish construction approved :)

todays dive: 12m max, but short breaths - need a break maybe! saw a few rockies, but still pretty quiet.

longest hold that day was about a minute whereas i would look for 1:20 at the moment - its still hopelessly short, but every little helps eh :) 12m dives, not 12m vis lol :)
I took a look at the trygon video - the boat is almost hovering its so light. fine in the med or greece but i'd be worried about punctures here! cool bit of composite engineering tho and i like their outside the box designing.
