The competition has started ok today. Small problem is that they have very little time to put the official depth watch on the athletes.

larsemil said:hi everyone. i am sorry to say but yesterdays the doctors pulled the plug for the swedish freediver after beeing several days in coma. we had a silent moment for him yesterday down here in egypt. he broke the one and only important rule - never train alone. it is very sad and it shows the importance of always training with another freediver.
here is a new and nice thing to chat about: i just came back from the dynamicspool and if anyone thought it was 21degrees they where wrong. we checked it with a d3 and a d9 and they both showed 16 degrees. 16!!!! It is shallow the last meter on each end so it is kind of a strange pool.
today the competition is running and i havent seen any delays yet, allthough i am on land... going down now to find a sunbed close to where the boats are coming in.
i check back to you later with the latest rumours, performances and gossip!![]()
