4 * (150f(5), rest 0:30, 100f, rest 0:20, 50f, rest 1:00) (times were 150 in 3:15, 100 in 1:55, 50 in 0:55, so each round with all rests took just under 8:00)

Not sure what's happening. Usually I don't see contractions until the 3:00 mark, but I am getting around 50 now...
