4*(150f(5), rest ~0:30, 100f(3), rest ~0:20, 50) rest 1:00 between sets (Each set every 8:00 so 150 in 3:10-3:15, 100 in 1:55-2:00, 50 in 0:50-0:55)

triceps rope 20,15,15
squats 3*20
Did not feel like doing DYNs today so I did this instead.
