Incredible 5-6mt vis yesterday with 1 meter waves and spring tide. A couple of Pollocks fell and 1 bass. Shore dive is tough, miss my boat so much! Wanted to visit a couple of spots but at the end did not have energies to even consider to venture the second.

Nice pollock! I made it out yesterday and managed a small bass over low tide. Missed a rather chunky pollock due to not removing the safety on my gun, what a donut. Heading out again on Anglesey over high tide before the weather goes shit again tomorrow. Anyone else about on the island?

Quick questions about lenses, do any of you guys use mirrored lenses? Any noticable difference? Do they reduce the light? I need to buy a new mask as the one Im using at the moment has a clear skirt and the glare is killing my field of vision.

Any of you guys aware of the increase in landing size for bass which is due to come in at the beginning of September? I've included a link below for any of you that care to have a read.

Yeahhhh, theyre's life on the forum still! haha, I was beginning to think I was scaring everyone away. Loving the shots of the conditions down the Llyn by the way, keep them coming.

I'm going to head down the Llyn on the weekend to try out a couple of new spots I've been looking at one google maps. I've also got a couple of new toys I need to test out. Popped down to Devon last weekend to see the folks and visit Anthony in the SpearfishingStore. You heading out at the weekend Denian?

Yes everybody is dead, which is good as all fish are for the few that still go! Went in last weekend and got some bass and a couple of good lobsters. There is no so much fish this year, I think the regulation on bass was a good thing!!!! All north welsh spearos are dead and so are the bloody fish! LOL

I've got monday and tuesday off. Going to get in on Monday. Took a trip down to Plymouth to see a friend and we went spearing down there. The vis was 12m! I didn't know what to do with myself.
