Got in down south Monday afternoon and boy was it cold. After 1 hour I should have got out but stayed in for about another 1.5 hours as I kept seeing fish just on the edge of my viz 2-3 M. Viz improved as the tide turned but by that time I was too cold to react to the I fish saw. Some bass and mullet all a good size but too slow to get anything. Probably last spearfishing dive for me this year unless I man up. Took 20mins + to get out of wetsuit as I couldnt feel my hands.

Looking at the forecast next weekend / early the following week might be good for a scalloping dive....

I can't make it, but you should be in for some great conditions, I was there on Saturday and it was flat calm with 5+ metres vis. Enjoy!

Went out for an hour but only 1 scallop found but as I was getting in by the rock I saw another spearo going along the coast. Anyone here?
