The better half will think you have just 1 gun and 1 wetsuit in your quiver, whilst you should get away with 5 or more! :t
You can apply this to pretty much anything!
Could I get away with 5 similar woman in my wardrobe?

Stick to one brand / make of speargun and one camo pattern of wetsuit. The better half will think you have just 1 gun and 1 wetsuit in your quiver, whilst you should get away with 5 or more! :t

ps. i'm also a bit hairy in the fizog dept. and when i've been particularly lazy and haven't trimmed the face for a few weeks i use a cressi gallileo goggle which avoids the hairy patches altogether......takes a bit of getting used to though with no nose piece.
to complement Tone' the optimum water temp for the "no mask fast track" to dove reflex is about 12 to 15 deg C (colder and icecream headaches make it impossible, wamer and the effect is less) So in a nutshell: in warmer waters it will do little. The negatives are great, but you must be careful. In comps people do the warm up dives full-lung (non packed) and wait until the first REAL contraction (not those pretend tickles) and come up. Having a contraction itself brings on the DR fast. Ideally, you would do both: expose face in cold water, a few pull downs until contraction: good to go. Its sounding more like a freediving comp. preparation but it will make for a great spearing session too.
Hi Azapa
Could you explain this routine/thinking further please, it sounds like it might be something to help improve as I have never heard of this.
Thanks
Tribs
Sounds like a great offer, I look forward to taking you up on that someday. I love Mexican (/New Mexican/Tex-Mex) food but its hard to find in the UK - although I saw a new TV ad just last week for some, so it might get easier. We make it at home sometimes as its a family favourite. You of course, are welcome to join us for a tradition full English breakfast if you make it over to England .Senior X, should you, or any other DB friends be in the area of San Antonio I'd love to fix a traditional Tex-Mex breakfast of tacos con huevos (tacos w/ eggs & stuff); huevos rancheros; nopalitos; lengua; tripas; menudo (great if you're hung over) or a dinner of fajitas & cabrito! Drop a line when you're coming in. :friday
You're on!Hey Mr X fancy a Trip to Texas, im Starving!!!!!
You sure about that? I watched a program of deer hunting in the USA (they have proper Saturday morning TV programs: hunting AND fishing). The presenter was discrediting Does urine as an expensive, magical deer attractant. To prove the point, he took a couple of litres of his own urine (the expensive Does urine comes in much smaller quantities) & placed it on the ground. Sure enough it pulled the dear into investigate - point being, some wild animals investigate the scent of urine to find out what might be around. I wonder if sharks might do the same?!No, No, No! Works great as sharks repellant! :martialroflroflThat's why the taxmen sneak up on ya--so's you don't soil ones self prior to the feast.
