That's not Pevril Point carpark! The car park is on the same map but about 1 km tp the south east, marked on the map by the standard sign for parking, on Pevril Point road.

Meeting from 9.00am – in the water by 10.00am​

BBQ & Beer Afterwards...:friday​

There is a pay-and-display parking close to the beach​

All divers to have a dive float with an “A” (Blue & White) flag. There will be an inflatable boat covering the area during the dive as safety cover​

Sorry guys I cannot make it as I am up in Wilts for a shin dig.

Anyway I just thought I'd say thanks to the guys I met up with on the club dive Tuesday, my first one(club dive).

I didn't get anything as the vis was very poor, for me anyway.
Maybe the plankton or whatever was making it poor will start going soon. I have been told should start clearing in July. I saw plenty, but just too small, 1 x spider crab.

Did anyone get anything?

I'm guessing Mark Wildey? u need to send a pm to the Milkman with your details and you can get your membership udpated. We have a club dive every Tuesday. How did u get on at the TB?

Well, thank you for a pleasant and nice and fishless! dive yesterday ,I managed to lose again after the dive and I could not find you in the pub,Which pub did you go?,I checked 3 pubs around:head!!!.Anyway hopefully I ll manage to get some more tuesdays free to repeat the experience.

Hi Cesar, good to meet you last night. Almost not a fishless night as I missed a good Bass bending my spear tip in the process. This is the first big fish that I have seen and he caught me unawares, big sleek grey torpedo coming straight at me out of 4 m vis! how did I miss:headI had switched off as I was so close to getting out.
We all ended up in the Cove pub and couldn't get in touch with you.
Thanks to all for another good night out.

I'm in the market for a 20hp short shaft to go on the back of my new inflatable boat (but it must meet my rigorous specifications, i.e: it must be cheap!).

Does anyone have any ifomation about the joint club dive with Exeter next saturday? ie where we all are going to meet, who is coming, do we need to bring anything etc, maybe people can post if they are goin and have space for lifts etc.

I will be staying at Dawlish anyway that weekend so count me in for one.

I am going - Sue & I are staying at Beer for a long weekend. I will chase up the Exe guys to see about further info - meet up time etc.

I will have my gas barbie with me so we can cook some fish on the beach

Thats assuming we actualy catch anything eh, not doing to well on club dives recently, lol.

Glad you can make it also Flyflicker, Thats Three of us then, will be good to catch up.

I booked my holiday near Branscome last year before i got into spearfishing and now my wife thinks i did it on purpose so i can have a club dive, didnt even have to earn the brownie points on this one, teriffic!!!

Just to confirm - this is NOT a competition - just a social & a chance for us to meet up & learn how to cook some fish on a BBQ (& learn how to catch some )
