Keep the competition clean guys! I look forward to seing the pics, hearing the tales of unimagined glory and commisserating the sob stories..;)

I'll go one step further...
In the imortal words of Mr. Garrison(counselor on South Park)
"Children, I don't trust anything that bleeds for six days and doesn't die!";)

Jay-
Good to hear you made it down safely. The Jetty was pretty ridiculous Sat. sorry you couldn't make it. Then again YOU are in the keys and I am stuck in WB...Just checking in to see if you made any plans for lodging at KK03? I am clearing my calendar for it, and I am going to try to get a permission slip from Brenda so that maybe Adam K will join us. Have fun in FL and I will let you know if the fish/weather cooperates for the FPS tower trip this weekend.

-Oh and about this SpongeBob/Poodle Boy thing???????

Matt

and rig.... that's an actual quote from kk'01!!!!!! how funny! rofl

aquiles can attest to that one! :D

hey spongebob, looks like we're all acquiring nicknames here. can you think of something a little better than "snow bunny" for me, please? ;)

i think M-2's should be "slick" .... as in "chumslick"! :D rofl

later days,

Just needed to write something for my 200th post...continue on about your browsing.

Snow Princess?

you guys know how to get people excited about something - really hope I can attend. If it wasn't for your shitty (weak, watery, etc...) american beer...

what's an out-of-country licence worth for florida? do you guys even require a fishing licence?

Willer

princess - we could get you a little neoprene crown to go with your wetsuit. maybe trade that spear in for a pretty sparkly wand.....

rofl

(I'll tell you a story on day about the "original" snow princess)

wow - florida goes easy on the visiting fisherman - MUCH more up here in canada.

forget the western regionals (sorry CAFA) I want to hunt!

maybe I'll bring some Canuk beer down with me. Maudite Tabernac!

pot shots from the newbie

"the native beers of a country should soley be used for exportation"

It must be tough being a connoisseur of fine beers while living in a state that waters down their beer. Careful in FL I here they sell the hardstuff there. :friday Meanwhile, have fun in the frozen tundra...before long you will be trading in the snowshoes for fins.

Matt

my apartment definitely doesn't look like a coloradian (?) lives there. got a monofin, some spearguns, numbers of masks, wetsuits, and tons of fish pictures all over. :D gotta nice fijian beach picture over my fireplace. ;)

sam adams is about the only american beer i'll drink. aquiles and i were drinking some canadian crap, oops, i mean stuff with cali johnston while we were in grand cayman. :t

we reserve american beer for the aged and those recovering from surgery.....

just pulled out the snowshes today... Atlas 1233's, my favorite pair ever....

Hardstuff? surely you're refering to the columbian imports....

Willer ;)

Willer-
I was talking about the Snow Bunny, Fairy, princess... whatever...I'm not about to talk sh%#! to someone is dying to freedive with a Great White:duh . No thanks. I would rather throw rocks at a Navy SEAL.

Matt

no worries :martial "we'll talk later"... :D

What's wrong with freediving with a White? anyone can play with the little-ones....

If you want to wrestle with a SEAL I'm sure I could arange that too. couple of Force Recon boys I used to dive with might know a few.... but you didn't hear that from me :mute

c'mon a white shark is nothing but a big puppy (3000lb hungry pitbull pup with rabies)

:duh

Willer

hey, if you're coming down to kk'03, we'll hook you up w/ a 4m hammerhead. they're fun to swim w/, but a little too docile, sometimes.

if you're up for a little more hair-raising action, you'll have to spear at the bridges and keep your catch in the water. :D got some pretty big bulls around there. at least i hear, but i'm not one to find out on sheer premise.

If by chance I ever get the notion to play with a 3000lb adversary...I'll go play in traffic on I-40, at least I have a chance there.:hmm

Matt

so I'm a shark nut...

trust me - I tread lightly around them - lots of respect goes along with those jaws.

Hammerheads? I may just have to take you up on that offer..

you can keep the bulls - quick nasty lil'@#%ers

Willer
