Same three venues mate but obviously different tides.
Although there will be lots of divers this year I don't think it is worth changing the format or splitting the daily venues but open to suggestions?

great venues, great tides, pray for the weather...
looking forward to meeting the Deeperblue clan :)

i will be in video mode this year...

If any Crapauds need a lift, I will be travelling back from Jersey on Sunday 28th July and going over again on Friday 10th August, weather permitting.

Or the tent with all the discarded lobster shells outside! fingers crossed for calm seas....

I'm getting a bit fed up of eating the things at the moment. I'm actually eating some right now as it happens!

So - when are people arriving on island ahead of the event?

We get there Monday 29th :)

I shall be suitably lowering the tone and falling over from the 26th.......hic!.....Is that a Friday?...so it is!.....ohhhhhh dear :D :friday

We're arriving on the 1st. Should be landing at 11am. Tent up, then off to the beach.

Mr Yetfish that means you can make the Friday evening Casle night, if you want, great free event at the big Casle situated in the mouth of town harbour. Good for kids & adults alike 6-9pm....we will be there anyway (& most of the guernsey population too)

did you see john byrne and the barley dogs last night?

consider me there old bean! if I manage to put the tent up without a hissyfit and setting fire to it! :D

Team C.R.A.P will be there, representing SW England.
Trelawney (Aquatic Womble), rowan.harvey (Crustacean King), alix.leclerc (Mullet Murderer).

Shouldn't we revise our team name this year? A.R.C - cause we'll get two of each species? Also I resent being called a mullet murderer! I prefer Little Miss Bassy.

Yes & GU10 but Clem was absent from the dogs last night, it was not quite the same without him climbing all over his double bass LOL... next week we have one of my favourite bands though the John Wesley Stones = great music jonny even a bit of bluegrass & rockabilly in their sets...
