Cracking fish Dave, very well done in far from the best conditions.

I knew Daves plaice was never going to taste like a 1.1/4lb fish but I skinned my half share & cut it into goujons.
I made a nice beer batter with an egg yoke added & deep fried the fish till golden, served with garlic butter & saute potatoes - not bad at all!!

The water is still pretty clear given how windy it's been. in yesterday and saw a few good bass and a few mullets, but the snorkel was sending out pipe signals and i couldnt get anywhere close...

in at the same place tonight, got lost, totally disorientated and totally spooked - plenty of new things for me to think about!

quite fun tho! like how do i get out cos theres rocks every where! where's my exit gone...?

Found a couple of fish - missed a couple... had my first bass for several months!

thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience, glad i had a compass tho!
