The mullet was filleted and skinned then marinated in tandoori spices before being cooked over a high heat. It was amazing! Will be hitting those stinky mullets in the future.
How long did you cook it...24 or 28 hours?
I have found if you cook them long enough the flesh disappears & you are left with just the spices & you can use them as ground bait when carp fishing?
g...vis was ok, minimum about 3, max about 5 but rough as a night with broceiden...nothing over 4 inches...
