Did not want to do any 50us today. The pool was cold and I have been swimming hard this week. My DNFs were faster than usual but my form was not good (taking 4-5 strokes to get across 25m vs max 4 strokes usually).

What am I reading here? It looks like they are swim training workouts!

This is my training log. I run, swim, and do apnea workouts. I've been in the off season most of the year since I do not know when I am going spearfishing again. I do 1 DYN/DNF workout per week. When I plan my next trip, I do nothing but apnea for the 2 months leading up to it.,

I'm now resuming my swim training. I felt so bad after my off season, but as I restart my training since September I'm now getting back my speed last year.

My training season starts in November and ends in May (the other months are too hot to do any serious workouts). Currently I'm doing about 4 swim workouts per week, about 2 in the pool and 2 in the sea, with about 13 km total. When the season comes I plan to increase my training to 20 km, then maybe 30 per week by the end of season.

Do you do running / swimming / triathlon races as well?
