I hear you.

We were just trying to find some different spots - hopefully a bit fishier than the usual spots we go to (our usual spots don't often produce many fish on club dives).

If anyone has got a better idea . . . ?

The areas around Durdle Door can be productive sometimes.

Thoughts?

I agree -

all we need is a fishy spot near us that can hold upto 10 divers...

Ever thought of moving to Devon:)

either that or it's Portland Bill, Lulworth or Christchurch ledges if there is viz?

OK, looks like Lulworth tomorrow then.

I think the viz is dropping on the Purbecks at the moment, due to the south westerlies that are coming in - but we've always got that that curried popcorn lasagne thing to look forward too, in the local pub afterwards.

I don't think i can do tonight, but I may do Wednesday evening(work dependent). I am pretty knackered after a weekend in Cornwall, only got back last night. I did a bit of spearo on Friday night & the viz was fantastic, perhaps 10m or so, maybe more. But I did get a bit of a fright when this seal the size of a min-sub swam underneath me almost sh:at myself, no fish though. Looking forward to some decent viz down here.
Cesar PM me or I may give you a call, I think I have your number.

working tonight chaps, and next tuesday too.......but the week after should be a goer for me.

lulworth viz last night was rubbish so you might want to head somewhere else.

I won’t be able to make it tonight folks, but on the upside it should mean that fish are guaranteed. See you next week.

Cheers,
Sam

Right, I've had a bit of a ring round and, considering the conditions on the Purbecks at the moment, we have decided to cancel tonight's organised club dive.

If you want to get together outside of the club, feel free to to make plans amongst yourselves.

Broughy will be sending the texts out to those on the list but, just to repeat:

CLUB DIVE TONIGHT IS CANCELLED DUE TO POOR CONDITIONS!

All the best,

Gaz

Txt has been sent out to everyone on the list, shame but best to save the brownie points till the weekend, lol,

Cheers
