I look at it from the point of view of someone who was taken for a very long nasty ride that finished on a very sour note.

Mr. Ciamillo basically didn't like the truth out there about his deceptive ways, and didn't give me any choice! Tryng to make me feel bad by telling me basically that the fin was allegedly ready for shipment...How many times have I heard that in the past before!
I'm fine with that anyway, cos I won't be help hostage anymore!
That being said, It'll only be over once I do receive my full refund, which has yet to happen! Apparently some paypal issues... I hope it won't take another 5 months plus!

I did tell him to ship it, that he'd get the bets reviews ever if his fin deserved it. But he said no. I'm not one to beg!

I really wish you and Ted would both reconsider! Sometimes when things get emotional there's a fine line between drawing conclusions that fit a lot of the circumstances, and slandering someone's character. A person's intentions are difficult to be certain of, and especially when you don't know the person, which is why it's best to stick with the facts unless you have some really damning evidence. Have you considered what a difference there is between someone who just does a poor job of getting a product on the market (all by themselves), and someone who intentionally screws people over to gain time, money, and feedback? That's a very serious accusation, and if you're wrong you might expect someone to really take offense at the leap. You must draw your own conclusions, Kervyn, but I really don't believe such an accusation is warranted, and I hope you'll consider the above. 5 months is a long time, and it would be a shame to see it end this way due to misunderstanding.

Thanks for trying to resolve this issue in a peaceful way. Like I said, had he been more truthful about the circumstances of the delays, we would never have gotten to this point. I even pointed that to him on one of my emails.
Unless Ted is a very rich person, he would be worried and angry himself if he was treated the way he treated his customers!
I made a leap of faith, and went for the Lunocet to replace my broken monofin. 2 of them actually. And have been without fin since! So frustration does build up, especially after every false promise of delivery.
Like I said, I'm ready to give him the best reviews assuming I do get the fin, and it really is as good as a the few people out there who have tested it say. But it seems it's not going to happen. So be it.

I agree I might have gotten carried away, and yes, publicly apologise for having attacked your character. I would still love to try out your fin.
On the other hand, I do count on you to make good on your promise to finally ship out the promised fin.
On another note, I have followed all the paypal instructions to set it up to receive funds, and it's weird that it's still not fixed. Anyone knows what I could be doing wrong?
Guys I hope you find it in yourselves to resolve this issue peacefully. Like Chip very well said, we have all flirted with some less than positive feelings and I am certainly in the same boat.
Having said that, we might not all agree or see eye to eye on every issue, but in the end we are all here united by a common passion. And that is a connection that will exist, regardless of what happens in the practical world.
